Order Processing Times

 

 

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details when applicable.

  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may extend to 2–4 business days.

  • Standard Shipping 

    Delivery Time: 5–10 business days
    Cost: Calculated at Checkout

  • Expedited Shipping (optional)

    Delivery Time: 2–4 business days

International Shipping

 

 

  • Delivery Time: 7–20 business days, depending on destination.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location.

Tracking Your Order

 


Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

 


 

 

Shipping Addresses

 

 

  • We ship to physical addresses and P.O. Boxes within the U.S.

  • Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. Jacket-Pop is not liable for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

 


 

 

International Customs, Duties & Taxes

 


International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by your local government.

 

  • These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Jacket-Pop is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

 

 


 

 

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

 


We want you to receive your jacket safely. If you experience any issues:

 

  • Lost Package: Contact us at mike@ilgcap.net and we will assist with a replacement or claim.

  • Damaged Item: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

  • Carrier Delays: Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs for delays caused by carriers.

 

 


 

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

 


If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.

Once an order has shipped, changes or cancellations cannot be made.

 


 

 

Pre-Orders & Backorders (if applicable)

 


If an item is marked as pre-order or backordered, the estimated ship date will be shown on the product page. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together unless otherwise noted.
